Information can be registered and stored when you register on the website, or when you are in contact with sales / booking by phone.
Where do we store information about you - and where do we share the information about you with others?
We use the Billberry booking system, information is only stored here, and possibly on Microsoft Onedrive (for guest list export).
The Processing Responsible also uses services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored.
If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your telephone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.
Mailchimp is used for email marketing or sending out newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Mailchimp.
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.
Fiken is our accounting system and data necessary for bookkeeping is stored here. Typical Name / address / orders / invoice.
We send packages with Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

Communication through e-mail and sms
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and text messages about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mail / sms related to orders you have placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as a legitimate interest and consent not needed.
