Autumn Magic on the Glacier – Daily Hikes Until 12th October!

Autumn is our favorite time on the glacier! Crisp, clear air reveals breathtaking views of the fjord below and the shimmering sea to the west. Join us for a daily guided hikes and experience the glacier’s unique autumn atmosphere.

Practical info:
Hikes are arranged every day until 14th October. If the glacier road is slippery, we meet at Juklafjord in Jondal by the fjord for an introduction before driving up as far as possible safely on the Glacier Road.

Why autumn?

• The air is at its clearest, giving you the best views of the landscape, or it can be opposite, snowing and totally whiteout. Contrasts!
• Fewer crowds mean a more personal adventure.
• The colors and light are simply spectacular!
• You may experience fresh snow on the glacier, depending weather conditions, if too much snow, we use snow shoes!
