Our guide shop at Folgefonna in Jondal is now open every day from 10:30 to 16:30. Here we have coffee/tea and kiosk goods. Nice place to visit even if you are not going on a glacier hike. Glacier road itself is a fantastic drive. Only 19 km from Hardangerfjord until you are 1200 meters above sea level at the glacier edge, and here you can have a good cup of coffee in our guide shop. Maybe you want to do a guided glacier hike with us? We have 5 hours and 3 hours hikes starting from Guide shop every day. See you at Folgefonna! Please note, it is possible to visit us by public transport too, daily bus to/from Bergen.

Cafe Juklafjord is open every day from 11:30 - 18:00. This is the place to visit if you are looking for a great place to sit down and plan your next adventure in Hardanger.

2025 season have been great so far. We have been skiing and hiked with snow shoes. Now we are ready for the blue ice and the main season! From 20th May we have daily hikes in Juklavass glacier until winter is back in November!

It has been in the news today that the ski lift at Folgefonna is bankrupt. Many of our customers wonder if this will have consequences for our guided glacier tours on Folgefonna. We are another company and this do not affect our guided hikes.
